    Hi

    I have two users who have been blocked from using a form on my web site.

    In the log I see this entry:

    Deny by WAF
    SQL injection
    {“critical”:”#.*?(UNION( ALL)? SELECT|DROP TABLE|OR 1=1|–|UPDATE.*SET|INSERT INTO).*#”}

    What does this mean please and what can I advise the user to avoid this issue.

    Hello.

    We’ve already fixed this. Please, click the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page).

    The error is coming from Cleantalk Security log not the Anti Spam.

    You are right, I am sorry for this typo.

    The solution remains the same: synchronization with the CleanTalk cloud, but in the Security plugin.

    I am still getting the same issue.

    Users cannot fill in forms etc.

    They are getting VERY frustrated!

    Please advise.
