IP Address and Domain Name – Cannot find a solution

The site I am working on is hosted through bluehost, but I cannot get the site to show the domain name and not the IP address. I have been scouring the web and these forums for hours looking for a solution. Nothing works. Everytime I change anything it goes into maintenance mode and I have to switch it back through the file manager on bluehost. I’ve built countless sites and even control three of my own and work as an editor on a wordpress site. I have never had this issue ever, ever. It is beyond frustrating. Please please help.

We are using the Daylight Multipurpose Responsive Theme (which personally has been anything but responsive during this redesign). All the files are hosted on bluehost and installed through there, edits have been made through our admin section of wordpress. All suggestions have been unsuccessful so far. Any suggestions would be great.

The website is https://www.sccrconsultores.com/ which now just shows it as maintenance (although can find no errors as to why) but you can only view the site through https://66.147.244.244/~sccrcons/

Please help.
