    Hi QCF,

    Please correct me if I’m wrong, I checked the IP box to show their IP, the email came thru perfectly.

    But there’s NO IP being shown by the sender? What am I doing wrong?

    Also, I check the default Message sent! No message confirm as well? It did redirect the page after sent tho..

    Also, there’s no auto response showing neither?

    Please advise help why is not showing? Thanks

  • I’ve just tested the form. I can see the IP address on the email I get and the autoresponder works.

    Can you give me a link to your contact page so I can test the form

    Hi Aerin,

    I has been working on the memberships plugin. Right now everything still goes to the homepage? I’m trying to figure out how to set up the access/restrict pages for the visitors.

    Once is done? I will post the contact page to let you test on it and along with a screenshot from the email I was tested on that doesn’t show the IP?

    Thanks for your time waiting. I just finally got the pages to set correct.

    I did another test sent, still NO LUCK on tracking information?

    The tracking information doesn’t display on the messages table, it only gets appended to the email.

    If you aren’t receiving the emails then you need to talk to your hosting company. The email is sent directly to your hosting company for processing. If you haven’t set up email forwarding then you won’t get the messages: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/everything-email/email-features/set-up-email-forwarder
