iOS got stuck in offline error

  • Hello,
    when i open the app on iOS and lose connection to the internet and then try to open anything on the app i get stuck with this message: https://prntscr.com/nqz8fq

    There is nothing i can do against it, closing the app or killing it in the app manager does not help.
    Is there a solution to this problem?
