iOS Double Tap in Radio or Checkbox

    Hello there,

    First of all, I LOVE Forminator. There’s no plugin doing the same thing that this one does.
    Secondly, I’m having a problem. When I try to select options from a radio or checkbox on iOS (iPhone or iPad) I have to double tap in order to be able to select or change the options.
    There’s one more also, I have some rules for 2 fields in order to show or hide them. From iOS I need change the option at least twice before it actually behaves in the way I want.

    I’m also a user of Hustle and you guys are AWESOME. I love what you do. Hope to hear back from you soon.

    Hello @damdominici ,

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue with our plugin.

    Can you export your form and upload to service like dropbox so we could test it? I have checked form on my lab site and I wasn’t able to replicate this problem.
    So maybe it’s a specific setting in your form that is doing that.

    Thanks for sending the export. I have tested it on my site and it works correctly there (https://bastetmilo.pl/double-tap/) – so it looks like the form itself is fine. Single tap works there and there is no issue with hiding/show options.

    So it might be a conflict with another plugin or the theme. In this case, I suggest performing a conflict test by following the steps from the flowchart:

    But make sure you have a backup of the site before doing any changes.

    Thanks so much!!

    I tried deactivating all the installed plugins. Still the same problem.

    I switched to the WordPress stock theme and it works perfectly fine. So the problem is the theme I’m using, but I don’t know what to do in order to fix it.

    Technical support of my Theme is EXTREMELY bad. I’m gonna never buy a theme from WOLF Themes again.

    If you happen to have an idea of some trouble shooting I could use, I would really appreciate it.
