  • I’ve been having a similar problem. Did you upgrade to iOS 10? I think I was having this issue before iOS 10, but now I can’t be sure.

Yes, after iOS 10. I have the same problem on both my iPhone 5s and iPad Pro. I uninstalled, reinstalled the app — same result. While I no longer get the above error message, the app no longer shows any comments or posts after the date of the iOS 10 update. Comments and posts prior to this date are fine. Interestingly, the feed function works fine, showing new comments.

I primarily use the app to read, answer, and approve comments. I can do this through a browser or in my desktop but I prefer to use the app.

Mine issues are a bit different. I use it to view posts of my writers, but the posts will not refresh. It still gives me my stats, but I can’t view the drafts or published articles.

And I’ve been getting a lot of the “Loading Title” error in my stats.

Thanks for the link! It looks like there is an issue with Jetpack’s connection on your site. That may explain some of the trouble you’ve been experiencing.

Can you please try to disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com? To do so, click on Jetpack from your site’s Dashboard and scroll all the way down where you’ll see a link that says “Disconnect from WordPress.com”. Click that to disconnect.

To reconnect, click the green button that says “Connect to Get Started” and follow the prompts.

Please let me know how that works for you, and we can go from there!

    Ryan,

I have the exact issue Bruce mentioned at https://music.honeyboythornton.com/, I’ve tried disconnecting, reinstalling, and the procedures mentioned above but still get the connection issue.

@ryancowles, apologies. Connection is clean and operational. Those steps did fix my issue. Thank you for writing such awesome plugins!
