I will try and answer your questions.
“1. Do you have an app for iOS?” – Not currently, but we will be releasing an iOS version in our next major update in a few months.
“2. I’m tracking 2 phones. Is there a shortcode to show only phone 1?” – No, there is no shortcode for that. What I would suggest you do is only chose 1 person at a time.
So, on the map page click “Select Route” under the map and a drop-down menu will appear. Inside that dropdown menu, you can choose a single user. This way the map will only show you 1 person at a time
“3. Why is OpenStreetMap not working?” – I am not sure why it is not working. But that is why we included 2 different maps that you can use to display your locations.
I would try to use google maps and if that does not work, open a new support ticket and make sure to include the version of WordPress, PHP and any page builders you are using.
This will help us narrow down the problem.
