iOS and FF greyed files

    Hi,

    I have a strange problem. When I wish to upload files on iOS and FF they are gray and files can’t be selected, onl if they don’t have extension they can be selected. What cold be a problem? Thank you.

    Hi @secretja ,

    Do you have screenshot of the issue?

    Also, can you check and make sure you have added supported file types/extension in [mfile] shortcode. (like below)

    [mfile upload-file-433 filetypes:jpeg|png|jpg|gif]
