I don’t know what would cause you to be unable to upload files. Does it continue to happen if you deactivate the plugin?

I do know that Adobe recently came out with a new version of Flash Player and some plugins may not work with the new player.

What happens if you try a different plugin? I have used the ZD YouTube FLV Player on a few sites and it always seems to work. Despite it’s name, your video does not have to be on Youtube for the plugin to work.

Yes It Still Happens If I Deactivate The Plugin, I Even Tried To Upload To A Test Blog I Have Set Up On The Same Server, I Am Hosted With YAHOO. I Just Can’t Seem To Upload Anymore.

The first two tests are always to deactivate your plugins and change your site to the default theme and see what happens. If the problem persists with no plugins active and the default theme, it’s pretty certain that there is something wrong with your WordPress installation. Of course if this is the only problem you are having you could upload via FTP and use the Add From Server plugin if you want those files to be listed in the Media Gallery.

How Do I Upload FLV Via FTP, I Would Like To Do This If You Can Help.

The same way you upload any other file via FTP. If you have never done this, the first step is to get a FTP program. There are good ones out there that are free (Cute FTP, Smart FTP, WS FTP). You probably will want to create a folder called wp-content/uploads/videos and save all of your videos there (unless the plugin requires them to be somewhere else).

First Off THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME, I have filezilla, I am familiar with using the ftp to transfer themes, images and plugins, I uploaded the “add from server plugin” I Don’t see if it specifies where or what folder to place the media in.

No problem. You only need the Add From Server plugin if you want the stuff to show up in the Media Gallery. If your plugin uses shortcode and you specify the URL of the file, you really don’t need the files to be listed in the media gallery. That only matters if you are using the Add Media button in admin, but that’s probably not how you are calling the files.
