Invoices disapear after reset the count

    What was the number of the latest invoice and to which number did you make the reset?

    Hi,

    The number was 249 and i make the reset to 247 (the orders 248 and 249 was test orders so i need to delete it and then reset the counter)

    Hi,

    I’m new to the plugin and I generated a lot of invoices by hand via product details page, but want to reset the count to 1 for 2017, but it won’t reset the year count, can I manually set the next number without loosing all invoices. You can give me the php variable if it is only possible via php admin, but I did not found the variable for the counter.

    Please advice!

    Currently if you reset the counter, all invoices will be deleted.
