invoices and packaging slips not downloading !!

The issue that vina describes sounds like either an issue with available memory on the server or a conflict with another plugin. Could you update the PDF Invoice plugin to the latest version (2.2.1), then try to download a PDF and check the error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs? There’s a dropdown menu in the top right, look for the logs named “fatal-errors” and “wpo-wcpdf” dated with todays date. If that doesn’t help, check this guide for more detailed instructions on finding the reason for “blank page” errors: 500 Internal Server Error / blank page

@mattheeuwsk what you describe actually sounds like normal behavior: the plugin has security measures that prevent non-logged in users from accessing the invoice. If you are not talking about a link for the customer but and admin trying to open invoices for users without an account, I need a bit more information. Could you open a new thread to prevent confusion with the issue of the original poster?

Hi, i have already updated the plugin, checked error logs but there are non for “wpo-wcpdf” only error logs i have are for linworks

Those errors are not related to the PDF invoice plugin, so we need to dig a little bit deeper. Have you checked the more detailed instructions on finding the reason for “blank page” errors: 500 Internal Server Error / blank page
