    Hi,

    Are you using a different invoice solution? The law requires the sending of compliant VAT invoices. This plugin supports some integration with the “PDF Packing Slips + Invoicing” plugin, but no others. If you use a different one, then you’ll have to configure it yourself to make sure it includes the things you’re meant to. (And in every case, you’ll need to check, as requirements vary between countries, and I am not a lawyer or accountant!).

    I was just using woocommerces default emails. I’ll look at the PDf thing
