InvoicePDF is not attached

    Hi!

    Invoice will be added to the order confirmation letter if customer pays with Direct payment. If customers chooses using bank links, then they just receive confirmation letter without the invoice(pdf). What is causing the issue?

    Attach PDF in email is marked in settings.

    If I try to send email manually from the order page, then customer still receives invoice letter without the invoice.

    Hi @yurash,

    If you are using direct bank transfer as payment method, the order will be recorded in woocommerce with on-hold status.

    Kindly ensure that you have added On Hold status under the Order status to generate invoices option inside invoice settings tab. By default, you will have ‘completed’ status only.
