Invoice showing wrong business name and address

    Invoice showing wrong business name and address. I tried checking stripe settings and all payment and account details are correct but the customer received wrong transaction details, mainly address and business name. I tried contacting support from stripe and they advise me to contact you instead https://prnt.sc/v5141v https://prnt.sc/v514ce does this plugin really override the statement descriptor? If so, is it possible to disable this completely?

    Just need some clarification about this issue. I’m quite confused who could help this resolved since I already contacted stripe and there’s nothing they can do about it. The last thing I know is to contact woocommerce stripe payment gateway support instead or do you think it could be the bank’s mistake?

    Hi @problematichild,

    Within WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe there is a setting called Statement Descriptor. Using that setting you can configure your own statement descriptor for Stripe.
