Invoice send 2 times

  • Hi, my site has a problem. When a user buys an item invoice will be sent two times but invoice number not same. Same order id but have two invoice numbers. How to fix it, please help me thanks.

    What’s the payment method for these orders? If it’s PayPal, it’s quite likely that you have configured confirmations for both IPN and PDT. These processes do the same thing and will result in WooCommerce processing your orders twice: send 2 emails, reduce stock twice… and also create two invoices.
