Invoice PDF doubles Due Date:Due Date: label. The due date is the only field that has the label doubled.

Didn’t happen on a May 3rd invoice, started happening by the time I wrote June invoices. Just realized it this morning.

    Hi there, @salzano,

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!

I wasn’t able to replicate this on my end. I have some questions for you that can help me assess the problem.

What version of the CRM plugin are you running on your site?

Are all the invoices from June onwards being affected by this bug? Do you recall installing or updating another plugin when you spotted the issue?

Have you checked whether the PDF looks better (with no duplicated labels) when viewing it via Client Portal? In other words: is the PDF the only version of the invoice that’s affected by this issue?

Have you ruled out a possible plugin conflict? You can do it by temporarily deactivating all plugins except Jetpack CRM You can install the Health Check plugin on your site. Then follow the following steps:
    1. Download and install Twenty Twenty on your site if not installed already
    2. Go to Installed Plugins. Click Troubleshoot on CRM
    3. Try creating another invoice and see if the issue persists
    4. Once you are done, go back to wp-admin and disable troubleshooting mode through the top bar.

Let me know what you find out, and we’ll take it from there if necessary.

Thanks for working this out with us!

Hi @salzano, could I also ask what locale/language your WordPress is using?

    Thanks for reporting!

I’ve found the answer. I have a file at wp-content/themes/mine/jetpack-crm/invoices/invoice-pdf.html with a last modified date of November 2021 that contains this text: Due Date:###LANGDUEDATE###.

I believe JetPack CRM updated the ###LANGDUEDATE### tag to include the label in May 2022.

Please capitalize the d in Date!

    ###LANGINVNO### Invoice Number:
    ###LANGINVDATE### Invoice Date:
    ###LANGDUEDATE### Due date:

    Hi Corey,

Thanks for the update and letting us know that you were able to resolve the issue.

I have submitted a request to our developers for capitalizing the d in Date on the Invoice Due Date label.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

    Best,
