Thanks for sharing the image. I see that there are some sensitive data in there, so it’d be better if you remove it for safety and privacy reason.
If you cannot edit your last message, we’ll ask the mods to do that for you.
In the meantime, due to the nature of your issue, it’d be better to move the conversation to a private ticket/email. Could you contact us via the presales form and mention this thread?
Please could you also include the image you’re removing from this thread and answer the following questions?
– Did you try adding a new logo to the existing invoice?
– Did you add a new logo in the settings? Keep in mind that this would only affect new invoices
– Do you have any PHP logs to share? Your host can provide this to you
– When you moved hosts, did you move all the files, including the original logo file?
