• When I try to generate an invoice or packing slip it’s just a bunch of jumbled code. Here is an excerpt.

    I see you also emailed us this question, but because it may also benefit other users, I’ll post our answer here too:

    There might be a problem with the headers. You can troubleshoot this by creating the PDF in a new browser window and add &debug=true to the URL. This might give you back an error. If it does, could you please send it to us. We could then determine what the problem might be. Thank you in advance!

    I tried to generate an existing invoice and added (&debug=true) to the end but it gave me the same jumbled page.

    No errors on top of the page? What if you add &debug=true&output=html? any errors at all?
