Invoice & Order Date not showing

    Hi!
    The last 4 invoices which were send out to clients susing this plug-in didn’t have the invoice & order date filled out, although the option box is ticked at the configuration page. The invoice does state ‘Invoice date:’ and ‘Order date:’, but is not followed by an actual date.
    Any idea how I can get the dates (automatically) back in?

    Hi! It sounds like something may have happened to your WordPress date settings (which is what this plugin uses to format both the invoice date and order date). Can you check those settings under Settings > General > Date Format? If it is set to custom, can you share the format here?

    Hi Ewout, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. It seems as if an update in the theme also reformated the date notation to something none-existent. I corrected it and I think it must be alright now. Thanks for your effort, both in the plug-in and you helping out at this forum. Big up ??

    That’s strange – it’s something that should normally remain untouched by theme updates… Either way, glad you found the culprit ??
