    Hello,

    Lately, the invoices number is not showing at the orders list column. Only once i choose to view the invoice number, only then the invoice number is created and then shown at the orders column.
    (The above is only happening when i make a sale at the WC POS PRO, and not an online order. Online orders take an invoice number just fine)

    Why is that happening?

    It sounds like the issue is not that the number is not showing, but rather that orders created through POS PRO do not have an invoice in the first place. I haven’t worked with WC POS PRO myself, but our plugin only automatically generates PDF invoices when they are sent out with an email. If WC POS PRO does not trigger an email that has the PDF attached to it, this means that the invoice will not be automatically created.

    Can you tell us if WC POS PRO sends the WooCommerce order emails? If yes, are those emails the default emails or emails specific to WC POS PRO?

    Hello.
    No, the WC POS PRO does not send emails. Its just creates orders and saves them in WC POS PRO with which if you want to print a receipt, only the order number is shown on the invoice. Thats fine, becuase im not using the WC POS PRO invoices to print ang give to customers or even email them. I use WC invoices to do that.

    Now, once i make a sale at WC POS PRO, the order is also communicated to WC, so if i go to WC Orders dashboard where all my POS and online orders are saved, i can see there all of them. The WC POS PRO orders invoice number though, is not showing on the columns. I have to choose that order and click the button to see the pdf invoice. ONLY once i do that, i get an invoice number at the WC orders columns!
    I really hope it was clear. If i have an email of yours then i can send you snapshots to make this more clear…

    No that’s absolutely clear – it’s precisely what I described above.

    Because WC POS PRO does not send a woocommerce email, the PDF invoice is not created until you create it manually. Only the order is created by WC POS PRO.
