Invoice not updating after updating the order

    Hi, recently I created an order in wocommerce, then updated the shipping cost. before updating the shipping cost I clicked print invoice. Then after updating the shipping cost the invoice is not updated. How I can solve this issue?

    Hello @fathi1999,

    After updating the shipping cost did you click again on the print invoice button? I tried that at our end & I can see the updated shipping cost in the invoice.

    yes again I clicked on print invoice. Still it’s showing the same shipping cost. It’s updated today. Yesterday it was showing the previous shipping cost. Is it cache related problem?

    Here is the attached screenshot. I have purged all cache, cleared browser cache. Still the invoice is not updating. Check the screenshot, it’s still showing the previous 20tk shipping charge while I had updated it to 30tk.

    Hello @fathi1999,

    Do you use any plugin to handle your store’s shipping or are you using the default WooCommerce shipping?

    It’s updated today. Yesterday it was showing the previous shipping cost. Is it cache-related problem?

    If it worked once & then it is not working, then it could be something about the cache. Please try it in incognito mode once.
