Invoice header based on product category

Hello,
I′m using your plugin and would like to ask one thing – I have an eshop that sells products, which are billed / invoiced from one company, and then also runs survival courses that are billed / ivnoiced by different entity. Is there anything I can do to provide people with different invoice headers for these?
