Hi,

I have a problem with the Plugin Kadence Woocommerce email design by the mail for customers when they get their invoice. Especially by customers with a macbook the invoice as attachment is not opened under the normal text as usual. It is also not visible as an attachment-symbol under the normal text. Only beside the name of the mail recipient there is a little attachment symbol, but absolutely unusual to the normal attachments which are visible on MacBooks. Last year on December all is working well, but maybe through an update the attachments are hidden.
It would be great if you could give me a solution or an update so that it will work well again.

Hey,
Can you send me a screen shot of what you mean? This plugin doesn’t edit how attachments work so I’m not sure I follow.

Please make sure you have the latest version of Woocommerce and this plugin installed.

Just so I am clear if you deactivate our plugin does the attachment get sent the way you want? Again this plugin doesn’t edit that so I’m trying to understand if this is a change in woocommerce you are seeing or the plugin that is adding the attachment.

Yes, when I deactivate your plugin I can see the attachment the normal way and it isn′t hidden.
But I want to edit the text in the emails, so it would be great when I could use your plugin!

Which email type are you seeing the issue with?

Yes I’m using the pro version of woocommerce germanized.
I have the problem by mails with attachments like the invoice or invoice correction.
Such mails like the normal order confirmation without attachments work perfectly.

I do not have access to that pro plugin, I can’t recreate your issue using any free attachment plugins. I suggest you contact woocommerce germanized and ask them to get in touch with me about sending me access to their plugin pro so I can add support for it (if needed). Again, want to make it clear, I still do not see how this would be related to our plugin as it doesn’t edit attachments. There is no code that I can see that would and other plugins that have attachments don’t have any issues.

What errors are in your server logs. What version of this plugin are you using? What version of Woocommerce.
