Invoice does not correspond to values in phone orders

When orders are placed using Phone Order, the invoices we print are no longer accurate whereas several order lines are printed with incorrect values. The order total, however, is correct… The use 25% VAT (Norway), and this issue did not occur until we added the VAT / tax, so it seems to be related to that.
