    Hi team,

    The invoice was suppose to be generated on order completed date but it was generated 1 day after the order was marked completed.

    Completing an order does not automatically mean an invoice is generated. This depends on which emails you have attached the invoice to (and when these emails are sent). The invoice date is the date the invoice was generated (or the date the order was placed, if you have set the invoice date to “Order date” in the settings).
    If there is no status activity at the date of the invoice, it most likely means it was manually created – either by an admin from the backend, or by your customer from “My account” if you have set this to specific status rather than the default “only when an invoice is already created”.
