    Hi
We would like the plugin to generate an invoice date which is dated by the day of confirming order – I believe to have seen it done this way in our first invoices, is it standard?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Mick,

Do you treat an order as “confirmed” when the order reaches the Completed status?

If so, you can create the invoice at this point, selecting the Completed order email notification, under WooCommerce?> PDF?Invoices?> Documents?> Invoice?> Attach?to:

To avoid creating the PDF invoice sooner, disable other email notifications.

    Hi Yordan

Thanks a lot, I will give it a shot within the next hour – it was checked in box as: “New Order”

The Next order email notification is fired just right the order is placed, so this will create the PDF invoice immediately, getting the same date as the order. After disabling it, and only enabling the Completed order?email notification, the invoice date will be the same as the completed order date.
