    Thanks for reaching out.

    The Dompdf library doesn’t support RTL languages like Arabic and Hebrew. You may download and install this free mPDF add-on for RTL support. After installing go to Invoice/Packing > General Settings > General and switch the PDF library to Mpdf and enable RTL support and check.

    Hi @hasham123,

    Furthermore, the plugin doesn’t offer compatibility with the TranslatePress plugin to translate strings. It appears that some of the data might be getting overridden, which could be causing the conflict. Kindly deactivate the TranslatePress plugin and check if the issue persists.

    The first response from your end has already been implemented, but the issues are the same, so it is clear that your plugin is incompatible with Translate Press. the problem is resolved when the translate-press plugin is deactivated.

    Hi @hasham123,

    Our plugin is not compatible with the TranslatePress plugin. To use the plugin without issues, you may need to deactivate TranslatePress.

    Currently, our plugin is compatible with translation plugins such as WPML and Loco Translate, which you may use to meet your translation requirements.

    How soon should we expect that your plugin will be compatible with translatepress? Because of our requirements, Translatepress is the perfect plugin for our site.

    Hi @hasham123,

    Presently, the WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels plugin is not completely compatible with the TranslatePress plugin. We have forwarded your feedback to our development team. After conducting the necessary feasibility studies, we will consider adding this compatibility to our development backlog. As this requires significant evaluation, we cannot commit to implementing it at this moment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
