    Good morning.

    The invoice shows on the my account page, when clicking on it all good except for the Bill To shows nothing at all. This is not good as people need to have their info on this area for tax purposes and proof of membership. I have messed around with this a little and if I add the add on plugin Paid Memberships Pro – Address For Free Levels Add On then it places a BILLING section at the VERY end of my sign up/register form and it looks bad because it places this part at end of form, after terms and even after payment selection which is very weird, however when I test the form and check invoice on my account it places the correct info there now.

    Why on earth do we need an add on for billing? Why does the invoice show blank when not having an add on installed? I am just so tired of trying to fix this and that as when one thing gets fixed, there is another issue. Having a members info on an invoice bill to section should be simple and part of this system.

    Is there not a way to include the billing under the accoutn information ? Towards the top of the form or atleast not at the very bottom?

    Hi Steve,

    Jarryd has informed me that you are working together on your checkout form’s Billing Fields in our paid support area.

    I can copy some of those replies in here if that helps you. Or you can continue to follow up there to receive support.

    As for the “Bill To” section, that will populate with the member’s address if it has been captured on an order. You can also use code to populate that section with this filter:

    Thank you and yes your support is helping me and doing a great job at it and I need to learn to have more patience as last week was a tough week with so mcuh things and I let my frustration get to me.

    The plugin works great, support is doign their best and does a great job when they do get to me which is in a timely manner.
