Invoice based on payment method

I would like to send out one invoice (variant 1) if payment method is “pay with invoice”, and different invoice (variant 2) with all other payment methods. How can I achieve this?
Basically only difference between the two invoices is a few lines of text. Everything else is the same. Would appreciate the help.

This is something that you can achieve using the customizer included in Premium Templates. For your specific case, you could add a couple of custom block like this, selecting the specif payment methods and custom text for each, to achieve what you need:
