Inviting users to self hosting blog to post in a specific category

  • I read all this thread bust still couldn’t find answer i want.
    I have a question.
    i have hosted wordpress 3.0 on my domain zulfi.info.
    i have a category name Blog.
    I want Other(other than me) users to Post in that category.
    Is it possible? is there any plugin or something for this?
