Inviting People! *HELP*

  • How could I make a drop down link on the main page that states

    Invite (Click a menu drops down with a field) just like in the “users.php” looks like this.

    Add New User

    Username (required)
    First Name
    Last Name
    E-mail (required)
    Website
    Password (twice)

    But, my users i would like to grant them like lets see 2 invites or something, and they have to fill out some info on there friends that want to be invited.
