Invisible reCAPTCHA gives “Please check your internet connection and reload” err

  • I have a “Invisible reCAPTCHA” issue.

    I have implemented an Invisible reCAPTCHA in my web application and After implemented this functionality works successfully around 10 to 15 days but right now I am getting bellow error.

    “Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service. Please check your internet connection and reload to get a reCAPTCHA challenge.”

    I have checked our internet connection and all but not fixed it. Can you look into it and fixed asap.

    Hello @divyeshk,

    It looks like the issue is with your connectivity and may be the issue with the site key and secret key used. Kindly validate it once again if they are working perfectly.

    Also kindly check your Google reCaptcha settings in the google account, whether or not they have exceeded the limits or not. Recently the Google had changed it’s term’s and policy related to its products.

    So we suggest you to check the settings in your account, create the new keys and try them if they are working.
