Invisible Recaptcha Fails

  • A warning to anyone using Funeral Press and Formidable Forms plugin and using invisible Recaptcha. We’ve found when Funeral Press is enabled the recaptcha fails on first form submission. It passed if you submit the form a second time. Disabling the Funeral Press plugin fixed the problem but that’s not a good solution. Your options are to use the tedious visible Recaptcha where it forces you to pick out the photos, or, remove recaptcha. I cannot confirm if this behavior happens on other form plugins but Formidable is in the top 3 most popular form plugins for WordPress.
