Invisible Members

  • Hi,

    I use Paidmemberships Pro on my website and assumed that by setting Ultimate Member access to everyone, all original members on my website would show in UM. They don’t.

    Hello @ph59

    If you have added something to be accessible by everyone, it should be accessible to everyone but since you are using Paidmembership Pro, I believe it has its own access control functionality and it can interfere with ultimate member functionality. Please try to deactivate Paidmembership Pro and see if access control still remains same.

    I eventually found a workaround for what I wanted to achieve and will not use UM.
