Invicta WP Theme – Change color of Header while scroll down

Hi folks,
i want to change the background color of the header while scrolling down. At the moment there istn any color, so that the content in the back and the menu text overlays.
In the theme options it is only possible to change the color while the menu/header is on its normal position at the top of the site.
May anyone help me with some additional css code?Thanks in advance!
