    Hi folks,

    We’ve been working with WP Lister for a client, and are experiencing issues with inventory sync.

    We’ve got the Pro version running, and have set up profiles with ‘quantity’ left blank. We then put an item on as fixed price, with 10 available as a test, before purchasing four of them to test.

    The quantities came off eBay fine, but didn’t change on WooCommerce or WP Lister – however, when we ended the test item, it showed as having sold 4 out of 10 at this point.

    We checked the stock quantity on WooCommerce, but it still remained as 10.

    Our test went right through eBay and Paypal, and we marked the item as dispatched on eBay to test, but to no avail. We also left it for half an hour in case there was a delay/cron task checking this.

    I’m afraid I’ll need to investigate this on your site to be able to find the cause – and fix it.

    I’d recommend you contact me via the contact form on wplab.com or directly via email as I’m going to ask you for login details to the site in question.

    Btw, there is indeed a cron task checking for new transactions – at an interval which you select in WP-Lister’s settings where you enable inventory sync. Are you sure you set it to 15 minutes?

    All right then – that was just a lucky guess actually ??

    …and if it’s not too much to ask, please use the forum or contact form on wplab.com for support requests regarding WP-Lister Pro. I’d prefer this forum on www.remarpro.com to focus on the free version – to prevent confusion about which features are available in which version.
