Inventory Sales xml to RSS feed to another client

I need help…..I have am wooCommerce site, and an affliate of my company needs an XML RSS live feed of my inventory sales. This is what he sent

“Usually what other data providers do is build the XML file directly from a database table that would contain all your comic book information for sold and for sale books. When we hit the link, a script would build the XML file on the fly based on the most up to date information in your database at the time.”

Is there a plugin or a way to do this?
