    Hello,
    Thanks for the plugin.
I am finding it difficult to find any documentation. The FAQ link goes to a site that is no longer active: https://izettle.inpsyde.com/
The plugin offers very few settings (just one regarding price syncing).

We are experiencing an issue with the inventory tracking.
Purchases through woocommerce correctly reduce inventory in zettle.
Edits to stock correctly reflect in the zettle inventory.

However, purchases made through zettle are not effecting the stock figure in woocommerce.
Edits to the stock figures in zettle are not reflected in the woocommerce inventory.

I can’t find any UI element to force a sync.

Can you explain what the intended behaviour is? Where can we configure?

    Thank you, Joe.

    Hello @joe08

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
I checked the link here in the .org forum for the FAQ, but for me, it links to this URL: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/ and that is the correct site. Can you tell me on what page you found the incorrect link? I would like to get that corrected!

The issue you reported is a known issue, but can have different causes. We have a FAQ added to the documentation about this one, and you can find this here.
The stock update should take place immediately after you sell stock, or press save in the interface of Zettle after you have adjusted the stock (can be useful for testing purposes).

Let me know if this document helps you resolve the issue.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello Joost,

Sorry, I meant to reply but got distracted, I have found the documentation, that link now forwards correctly. It had an SSL issue temporarily.

From the docs I can see two way sync is the intended behaviour, thankfully. But it was not working on this site. I noticed that it could be because the domain name changed. When the store went live it changed domain. After disconnecting and reconnecting it works again.

Problem is, it did not sync terribly gracefully. I hoped that disconnecting and reconnecting would match up the previously synced items, but no. We now have duplications on the Zettle product library side. I suppose this is only fixable by manually deleting the old products?

    Thanks for your support. Joe.

The link I mentioned is still wrong, it is the FAQ button on this page: https://my.zettle.com/apps/woocommerce

    Thanks

    Hello @joe08

When you connect Zettle for a 2nd time, you get 2 options (add or replace) for avoiding duplicate products on Zettle side, and I think you choose the “add” option that caused this situation. At this moment, there is not much you can do to correct this, except to clear up the Zettle library and start over, since you don’t know which products are the live/current ones (unless you test every single one of them, and that is a lot of work).
The easiest fix would be to disconnect the account, empty the Zettle library, and restart the synchronization process.

Thank you for providing the page URL where the incorrect link is found. This one is not managed by us, but I have sent the request to have it corrected to the team that does. Thank you for spotting and informing us about this situation!

Let me know if you have any more questions for us.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
