Paypal on completed orders. I’ve tried test products and only the free products update properly.

Not understanding how I would correct the possible IPN issue?

If paypal orders are stuck pending, first check the order notes to see if there are errors, and then enable logging.

Some hosts can block IPN requests (look at that guide I linked to).
