Inventory level update issue

Hello,
We are experiencing a strange bug. We made the following recording to demonstrate it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TyP5FEopmc
In short:
1. we create an order for any product
2. when order is created, the quantity gets marked as “on hold”
3. when order status changes from “awaiting payment” to “processing” or “completed”, the quantity is transferred from “on hold” to “sold today” but Current stock does not decrease!
4. However, if we go back to the order, set it to “awaiting payment” and follow the woocommerce customer payment page link as if order gets paid, the quantity actually updates as it should!Do you think the payment portal is causing the issue? We are using the basic cash on delivery option.
Also, manage stock levels and other options are all on in the ATUM settings.
Any input would be really helpful. Thank you!
