    Hi all,

Woocommerce is creating the XML file and it looks acceptable. You can see it at https://www.galvestonhistory.org/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/hLgJs1sRoa5fCD5w0Oqoe6prf2HoADQy.xml.

All products are coming into FB, but they all are saying “The availability of this product is ‘in stock’ but its inventory is equal to 0. This is contradictory, please fix this in your data source.” even when they have an inventory amount added.

Additionally – I deleted an item out of FB and when I re-run the XML request, the product doesn’t come back in. Is there a lag on FB to make these changes? We’re talking about 100 products or so, max.

Thanks, I feel so close but so far away on this.

    Will

Update: There is def. a bit of a lag as product does get update. I manually set an inventory for a product inside FB and it is available but it doesn’t communicate with Woocommerce on the inventory level. The rest of the product that was imported still shows no inventory

    Hi Will,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I am not entirely sure I understand this comment: “The availability of this product is ‘in stock’ but its inventory is equal to 0. This is contradictory, please fix this in your data source.“. Is this a notification coming from Facebook or from you? I checked your product feed but can’t find inventory numbers in it?

With regards to your second question: yes there definitely is delay in FB accepting the changes you made to your feed but this should not take more then a day at maximum.

It’s a notification in Facebook. Screenshot image: https://imgur.com/mhIN317.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the extra information. The question here is why does Facebook think the product has an inventory of 0? This information definitely isn’t in the product feed you shared with us.

Is there another Facebook plugin you are using that might be causing this or did you upload product data to your Facebook catalog any other way?

This is the only facebook plugin being used and I have not uploaded product data in any other way.

Closing this issue as you also reached out by mail. Taking it from there.
