Hi @meni99
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that the stock quantity of some products on your site are not lessened if an order is placed as well as some products are added to stock, correct?
This is quite strange. Can you please share how are you managing the stock quantity of products on your site? Do you have any inventory management plugins on your site? Or, are you just using the built-in product inventory of WooCommerce under Products > Inventory?
Furthermore, to better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?
If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via
WooCommerce > Status
. SelectGet system report
and thenCopy for support
. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under
WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Thanks!
Hi @meni99 ,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you need any further help with this.
Cheers!
Hi, it didn’t work out, I sent an email to xue28 (woo-hc) But only now I see that she didn’t receive it because it says in the email “noreplay”
I hope I sent the link from github correctly

Hello @meni99,
Thank you for sharing the report. I noticed that you are running an outdated version of WooCommerce. To begin troubleshooting, I recommend updating to the latest version. You may refer to this guide for step-by-step instructions on how to update WooCommerce safely. If that doesn’t help, then please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce while activating the default Storefront theme.
If the problem is not present after doing so, then you know there was a plugin conflict. You can enable plugins one by one again to find the culprit. If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.
Let us know how it goes!
Hi, thanks for the reply
I need all the plugins and the template for the site to work and sell, the problem is that I don’t have any specific product that I know is problematic and I can check it on a replicated site, if I knew about one problematic product I would replicate the site and make a purchase on that product but as I said it’s all once in another product,
Regarding the WooCommerce version, I updated about a month ago to the latest version and it didn’t helpI need all the plugins and the template for the site to work and sell
The conflict test is meant to help you find the problematic plugin/theme so you can reach out to its author for further assistance. ??

I am not sure if I understand this part; does it occur randomly? If so, I recommend that you begin searching for patterns in the orders where you have noticed the problem. For instance, does this issue arise with a specific payment method, gateway, or product combination?
Hope this helps!Hi, thank you very much for trying to help I really looked for any pattern of behavior in the orders or the products and did not find anything linking I think it’s something related to the customer’s cart Could it be that the customers put products in the cart and it takes the product out of stock? I tried to fix it when I set WooCommerce to hold the stock for 5 minutes and it didn’t help in my opinion here’s the problem, apparently something is wrong here

I have this product (SKU 38120) that someone has now ordered and I don’t have it in stock. Is it possible to check the stock history of this product somewhere?
Hi,
WooCommerce Analytics includes a section or report regarding the stock of the products, you can check that part here.
YourSiteDomain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Fstock
Also, you can go to the order that is having the issue, and make sure WooCommerce is deducting its stock, please refer to this screenshot:
?Is it possible to check the stock history of this product somewhere?
I’ve seen a plugin that is able to do that, i.e. to show a product stock history, this functionality is not included by default in WooCommerce, but this plugin looks like is able to help you, if you have further question, I recommend to reach out to that plugin support to get more information.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
