    Hello @wkhaksar

The specific error message means one of the following:

    – The Order ID/Transaction ID specified does not exist (Incorrect Order ID/Transaction ID)
    – The Order ID/Transaction ID is affiliated with a different account
    – The Order ID/Transaction ID was processed in a live account and you are attempting to find it in a Sandbox Account

Verify that the Order ID/Transaction ID is associated with the account that is processing the API Call. Confirm that the Order ID/Transaction ID is not from a live account. Confirm that the correct Order ID/Transaction ID is being used in the API Call.

You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

So we can be sure it is connected to our plugin. Please let us know how this works out for you.

    Kind regards
    Andreas

    Hello @aweissinpsyde,
    Thanks for your reply.

The website is connected with live account, there isn’t any question of Sandbox.

I checked the Logs for this specific request from logs of this plugin, and I see that order id has been passed.

The thing regarding conflict is not exists. Everything is working without subscription payments, I changed the intent to Authorize in order to prevent the strange behavior of failing order if the payment didn’t save in vault, but when I changed the payment intent back to capture, with first two customers, I get this error.

    Hello @wkhaksar

To better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

The system report can be accessed here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

You can copy the log files from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

You can share this privately with us here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
If you send a private message, please include a link to this thread.

    Kind regards
    Andreas
