    Hello everyone!

    I have a problem for days, since 1st August my website doesn’t complete payments using Stripe, I use Woocommerce. I contacted them and they reply “(10:34:41 AM) Joan: For the test mode, I’m seeing an error here as: invalid_request_error – currency
    (10:35:01 AM) Solange Carneiro: and what is mean?
    (10:35:29 AM) Joan: The currency you used to process the payment isn’t supported.
    (10:35:35 AM) Solange Carneiro: the currency is the same GBP
    (10:36:01 AM) Solange Carneiro: I am in UK and I am using my card ! very strange`
    I contacted Woocommerce and open a ticket twice and no answer.
    Included using their own Woocommerce payment return the same error message.
    Anyone experience this problem before?

    The tickets will not appear on your WooCommerce.com account dashboard. You should have received an email from us on your WooCommerce.com email address.

    You can reply to the same email.
