    Contact_Name is a lookup field , it accepts Contact_ID only.
    in pro version you can assign one Object(Contact etc) to other Object (Lead etc)

    Ok, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I’m wondering, how does the free plugin work if you cannot submit a contact’s name?

    You can enter “Contact_ID” in Contact Lookup field
    which object you want to create in zoho ?
    Contact field is not available in Zoho Leads , Accounts , Contacts

    Ok, my client has purchased and installed the pro version. He wants to create a ‘potentials’ object but Contact_ID still isn’t in the select dropdown so it’s not clear how to add it anyway.
