    Good evening,

Apologies in advance if this has already been covered.

After receiving today’s email from SendGrid requesting that we reset our password, it seems that the SendGrid WordPress plugin isn’t recognising the new SendGrid credentials.

I’ve tried clearing the cache, but still keep getting an error message which says ‘Invalid username/password’ – is there some kind of delay, or am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi All,

I just spoke to SendGrid support and this issue is now resolved.

The problem was that the new password I chose had special characters.

By changing this to a new alpha-numerical password (upper and lower case), the WordPress plugin now recognises my credentials.

Thought I would post this in case anyone else has the same issue.

    Thank you!
