Invalid username / password combo – but the credentials are correct

  • I’m getting the following error when i type in the login credentials for cc:

    “Invalid username / password combo. Please try another combination. Please note: spaces in your username are not allowed. You can change your username in “My Account” in Constant Contact, and this may remedy the problem.”

    I’ve confirmed these credentials are correct for logging into constant contact. There are no spaces in the credentials.

    WordPress, PLugins and theme are all up-to-date

    WordPress 4.9.6
    Gravity Forms with developer license Version 2.3.2
    CC Plugin Version Version 3.1
    Using Chrome
