• Hi there,

    When IP Geo Block is active, I’m unable to login to the site.
    I keeps saying password wrong, even though it is correct. I did several password resets, restoring old backups, disabling all plugins etc. I am only able to login If IP GEO Block is not completely deleted. Any idea what is causing the issue?

    Hi @cindypat,

    Sorry about your bad experience and thank you for reporting the issue.

    I guess you adopt a security plugin related to the login form. In this case, if such a plugin call an ajax request or directly call to their script, and when you enable “Admin ajax/post” or “Plugins area” with “Prevent Zero-day Exploit” it could be happened.

    Basically, the solution may be to specify the certain action or the plugin into “Exceptions“. But to find the concrete solution, I need more information about your plugins and settings of IPGB. So please consider to share me the result of “Debug information” and “Export settings” at “Plugin settings” section by email (tokkonopapa at yahoo dot com).

    Although I installed your all the theme and plugins into my test environment, I could not reproduce your issue.
