Invalid Username or password

I am getting Invalid user or password. When I go to forgotten password it email me the password however when clicking on the link to rest password. After entering a new password it gives me an error invalid key. Then when I try to resend the forgotten password again, it doesn’t send me the forgotten password but a link to login only. I m using wordpress latest version.
