Invalid user registration on User meta Pro

Hi, it’s frequent that spam mail like webmail.co.za or similar can ind a way to insert their address without any other data, bypassing captcha and Akismet.
How can be possible? Is there any plugin that I can install to protect my registration form?My website is https://www.tangopartner.it
